Associate  Degree in Medical Secretarial Science at the Williamsport School of Commerce in 1994.

Areas of expertise/experience:
Lori began working at Lock Haven University in 1995 in the Office of Grants and Sponsored Research. Lori began working with the Physician Assistant Program in July of 1996, the inaugural year of the program. Lori is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the PA students’ education, from the Admissions process through Graduation and following up with Alumni from the program.

Ms. Gibson serves as the administrative assistant for both the PA Program Chair and Program Director. Ms. Gibson’s role in the PA Program is to assist the program chair and director in overall program administration and additionally to provide administrative and logistics support for the clinical coordinators. Being a native of central Pennsylvania, Ms. Gibson is very familiar with the healthcare resources within the community.

Ms. Glabus completed her Associate Degree in Historic Preservation and Restoration through Belmont Technical College,St. Clairsville Ohio, in 1999. She has completed additional coursework in Pennsylvania through Harrisburg Area Community College and Kutztown University.


Ms. Glabus began working with the Physician Assistant Program in May of 2010 at the Harrisburg Campus. She provides administrative support to the faculty and students as well as assists with Admissions process. Elizabeth has had prior experience working in the medical field as front office staff for a pediatrician's office as well as similar clerical experience while employed at the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission, Grants Division. In addition, she continues to utilize her artisan background as she creates and restores stained glass, mosaic, statuary and various paint projects. She maintains an active lifestyle with her son, Aaron, and border collie mix, Sheila.

Michael Greenberg

Medical Director

Dr. Greenberg attended Penn State University and was awarded a Doctorate of Medicine from the George Washington School of Medicine in 1969. In addition to his studies in medicine, Dr. Greenberg received his MBA from The Wharton School of Business in 1987. 
Dr. Greenberg has over 40 years of experience employing physician assistants in a rural primary care setting. His experience with PA utilization has been recognized by the American Academy of Physician Assistants where he has served as a consultant. In addition to his responsibilities as the Medical Director for the program, Dr. Greenberg is active as a preceptor for PA students and is an advocate for the profession. Dr. Greenberg served on the executive committee of the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) from 2008-2011 and has been the American Medical Associations representatative to that organization for two terms.

Education & Degree Information:

U.S. Army, Signal - Informations Systems Operator Analyst, Fort Gordon GA, 1998. Extensive training supporting Unix applications for Government Mail Servers/platforms using basic defense messaging skills via HP Unix, also trained on Cisco Routers and Taclan. 

Areas of expertise/experience:

Stationed in Fort Leavnworth KS with a secret clearance, supporting IBM mainframes and Control Units.

Worked for the Command in Fort Leavenworth providing general clerical work for the Primary Operational Manager and Human Resources Directorate. Maintained records for over 500 individuals, including profile records of over six sections made up of multi-national staff, managers and their personnel for HQ.

Worked at Adelphia in Coudersport for 5 years as a Mainframe Operator. Was the point person for Month-End(pre and post), Quarter-End and Payroll processing.

Carey is a 1972 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with degrees in Aero and Astro Engineering and Business.  In 1973 he received his MBA from Queens University, Kingston, Canada.


Carey has over 30 years of experience working with Oracle databases and OLAP applications from Oracle.  In addition he has worked as a software developer and web designer.

Pamela received a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med Biology and Environmental Biology from Lock Haven University in 1991. After graduation, she went on to work as a retrovirologist in the field of HIV research for the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and Quest Diagnostics in Baltimore, MD. Pamela graduated in 2010 from the Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program with a Master’s Degree in Health Science, Physician Assistant Studies and earned a PhD in Natural Health and Naturopathy with a focus in Herbal Medicine taking coursework through Clayton College of Natural Health and completing her degree through Kingdom College of Natural Health in 2011.

She is currently working toward completion of a grauate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling with a focus on children and adolescents. She has maintained continuous certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician assistants since 2010 and is licensed to practice medicine as a physician assistant in the state of Pennsylvania. 

Since graduation, Pamela has been practicing in the areas of Pediatric medicine, as well as Family Practice medicine, and she continues to practice clinically as a Hospitalist in Post-Acute Care.

Anna Mae completed a pediatric residency program at Norwalk Hospital/Yale School of Medicine in 1988 and has significant clinical experience in women's health, ophthalmology and occupational medicine.
